Fantasy in Motion (Reproduction on Canvas)

Horses on the carousel represent true innocence where children of all ages are free to not grow up.  In their golden age, there were over 2,000 carousels in the United States but they have been consigned to history by fast-paced rollercoasters and this American art is disappearing.   One of my favorite possessions is my 1927 hand-carved jumper mounted in my living room.  It was a fantasy come true many years ago and I still seek out these antique steeds just to catch a glimpse and a rare ride.
